Kwik Appliance Sales & Service accepts returns within seven (7) days of receipt of an item if the item has not been used. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and delivery charge. Custom special-order items are final and non-refundable. Shipping, delivery, and installation charges are not refundable. After the seven (7) day return period, products will be covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. All returns and exchanges must be approved by a manager. Kwik Appliance Sales & Service, LLC and Kwik Appliance Repair LLC reserve the right to deny any return. Exchanges due to service/repair issues will only be authorized if the manufacturer deems a product not repairable.
